At ezpz, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't quite right, we make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
